Tim Phillips began as Executive Director of Ohio Living Swan Creek on November 1, 2019.  Tim was previously serving as the Director of Social Services at Ohio Living Swan Creek and has been with the organization since 2010.

In 2017, Tim wanted to take another step in his career of serving older adults and enrolled in the Administrator-In-Training program. For nine months, Ann Roller was his mentor. Throughout Tim’s career he has shown exemplary dedication to the residents and fully embraces the mission of the Ohio Living organization.

“Ohio Living Swan Creek is a dynamic place, offering superior lifestyle and best-in-class care,” said Phillips. “We’ve been serving the people of greater Toledo since 1991, and we’ll be here to serve the generations to come. The philanthropic culture here is enhancing the lives of our residents and patients every day, making this community a preferred choice in the area. I feel privileged to lead this organization toward its next chapter of growth and excellence.”

A rising leader with a passion for the care of older adults, Phillips became a licensed nursing home administrator in early 2019. Throughout his career with Ohio Living he has shown exemplary dedication to its residents and he fully embraces its nonprofit mission.

Tim is to lead Ohio Living Swan Creek and looks forward to growing its external partnerships, further enhancing the community’s emphasis on music and cultural arts, and continuing to develop creative ways to keep residents engaged and thriving.
