The Victory Center offers many free programs to support cancer patients, survivors, and families as they move through the stages of a cancer diagnosis. As a cancer survivor, I have derived strength from the Victory Center from day one. My entire family, husband, friends, and faith also brought me through this time. The work the Victory Center does in NW Ohio is tremendous; they are supportive and caring for every person who walks through their doors. Four of my five siblings passed away from cancer; I wish they’d had the opportunity and blessing to find a Victory Center in their communities.

I am truly looking forward to participating in Over The Edge Fundraising for The Victory Center. Reaching my goal will enable me to give back to this worthy organization, and give me a deeper sense of purpose-something I feel a need for at this stage in my life.

If I reach my sponsorship goal, I will be rappelling 16 stories at Levis Square Park, 300 Madison Avenue, Toledo onΒ Saturday, September 6, 2025Β to raise funds and awareness for The Victory Center. If you can contribute, please consider sponsoring me by going to https://ote4victory.org/doro/donate.cfm. 100% of all funds raised stay in our community to help fund the FREE programs and services for newly diagnosed cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. Donations will be accepted right up to September 5, 2025. If you would like to share this with someone else, please feel free to do so. Thank you so much for your support.Β
