I will be rappelling a 16-story skyscraper on Friday, September 6, 2024, to raise funds and awareness for The Victory Center! I am scared of heights!

In 2021, I wanted to spend my summer supporting a cause that was important to me. I started making beaded bracelets and selling them to my friends, to raise money for The Victory Center. I hand-made hundreds of bracelets that summer and delivered them to friends and loved ones. Raising nearly $600, I donated all of the profits to promote the wonderful services at The Victory Center. 

This past year I created a meal-donation drive with Balance Pan Asian Grille, called Balance Gives Back, where we raised nearly 40,000 reward points from myself and other gracious customers. With these points, we were able to donate numerous healthy meals to life-changing non-profit organizations in Toledo, including The Victory Center. 

Last year, my beloved grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and shortly passed away after living a long and fulfilling life. Unfortunately, this past Fall my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and is currently winning her fight! My mom uses many of the resources at The Victory Center and she is able to receive care and support from some incredible people.  

I am rappelling for my mom, grandmother, and every person and family member who has been affected by cancer.
